The following project is a feasibility study for a proposed mixed-use redevelopment plan at the site of Price, 37th, and Habersham in Midtown, Savannah, GA. The primary existing structure on the site is an abandoned single-story, historic Gulf gas station. The site also includes the Atlantic Coastline Railway Easement and a two-story structure located on 2026 Habersham.
Research was conducted with consideration to the historical character of the neighborhood as well as current socioeconomic demographics, trends in demographics, existing landmarks, and economic feasibility and investment potential. Seeking to cater to a cross-section of the area's major groups (ranging from low-income families to student population) a multi-use proposal was agreed upon.
