This project was done for the City of Bloomingdale, Georgia by the Chatham County - Savannah Metropolitan Planning Commission. I was responsible for certain design elements of the proposal, particularly 3D renderings of single-family housing designs and streetscape design. I worked closely with the project manager Nic Fazio to iterate designs which we all felt best fit the type of growth that Bloomingdale was seeking.

When working on the design work, we took into consideration the context and goals of the community. Many within the community were seeking compatible design proposals which could also accommodate a predicted new wave of growth, following the construction of the future Hyundai Plant in Chatham County.
